RH Entertainment Oy (2569349-9) on asetettu konkurssiin Pirkanmaan käräjäoikeuden päätöksellä
perjantaina 11.11.2022 klo 13:40.

Pesänhoitajaksi on määrätty asianajaja Heikki Vesa Asianajotoimisto Krogerus Oy:stä.
Konkurssin johdosta viikonlopulle suunnitellut Manhattan Transfer -yhtyeen seuraavat konsertit on peruttu: pe 11.11.2022 Oulu, Madetojan sali ja la 12.11.2022 Kuopio, Musiikkikeskus.

Konkurssipesä tulee selvittämään konkurssin vaikutuksia yhtiön muihin yleisötapahtumiin. 
Konkurssipesä pyrkii myös selvittämään, voidaanko tapahtumia järjestää kolmansien toimesta. Konkurssipesä tiedottaa mahdollisista muista tapahtumien peruuntumisista erikseen.

Mikäli olet hankkinut lipun tilaisuuteen, joka on peruutettu tai tullaan peruuttamaan, peruuntumisesta aiheutuva vahinko on konkurssissa valvottavaa velkaa. Voit tällöin ilmoittaa saatavasi konkurssipesälle sähköpostilla osoitteeseen rh@krogerus.com. Saatavailmoituksessa pyydetään ilmoittamaan velkojan yhteystiedot, saatavan määrä ja peruste sekä tieto siitä, milloin lippu on ostettu.

RH Entertainment Oy (Business ID 2569349-9) has been declared bankrupt by the decision of the District Court of Pirkanmaa on Friday, November 11, 2022 at 1:40 p.m.

Attorney Heikki Vesa from Krogerus Attorneys has been appointed as the estate administrator.
Due to the bankruptcy, the following concerts of the Manhattan Transfer band planned for the weekend have been cancelled: Fri 11.11.2022 Oulu, Madetoja hall and Sat 12.11.2022 Kuopio, Musiikkikeskus.

The bankruptcy estate will investigate the effects of the bankruptcy on the company's other public events. The bankruptcy estate also tries to find out whether events can be organized by third parties. The bankruptcy estate shall inform about possible cancellations of other events separately.

If you have purchased a ticket for an event that has been canceled or will be canceled, the damage caused by the cancellation is a debt that can be claimed in bankruptcy. In this case, you can notify the bankruptcy estate of your claim by sending email to rh@krogerus.com. Please include the following information in the claim notice: the creditor's contact information, the amount and basis of the claim and information on when the ticket was purchased.
